Tropical Depression: These things take time
Lists like this just scare me in a pathological fear kind of way. At least it's not one of those Desert Island lists. Those are the worst because what if someday you actually were on a desert island with only those records and then all you could think of were the records you really should've put on it? I don't know where I'm going with this except putting off the list writing.

In no order at all and trying not to be too terribly redundant. But each and every one of these has kicked my ass in one way or another.

Ida - Ten Small Paces
Richard Buckner - Bloomed
[David Bowie -Tonight (1984)]
Pedro the Lion- It's Hard to Find a Friend
Wilco - Being There
Arcade Fire - Funeral
Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
Pixies - That bootleg cassette I used to have of them covering "Evil Hearted You" by the Yardbirds in Spanish
Gomez - Liquid Skin
The Sea and Cake - The Sea and Cake
Coldplay - Parachutes
Bob Dylan - Time Out Of Mind
The Amps - Pacer
Silver Jews - The Natural Bridge
The Smiths - Louder Than Bombs
Interpol -Antics
Sonic Youth - Dirty
Eugene Chadbourne - Terror has Some Strange Kinfolks
Mike Ladd - - Easy Listening for Armageddon
Mark Farina - Mushroom Jazz

Ok...that's 19 plus one released in 1984.
For the Robots I have overcome my fear!
I'm gonna go take a Valium now.
