honky cracker: Shameless Plugs and Shout Outs

If any of you New Yorker-slash-Brooklynites are looking for something to do tonight, check out The Stairs. They're kicking off their tour tonight in Williamsburg, at what looks to be a Chinese restaurant. (They're all about playing bizarre venues on this tour. In Athens, GA they're playing a local softball team's post-game party.)

9:30 tonight. Check 'em out. They're quite good. At least I think so.

They have also just released their new EP - Chime Away - and you can download it for free off their website.

Plus, their co-frontman Ryan Walsh is a super guy. He'll be your friend.
