honky cracker: Fat Cracker
Because I like to rip off the other robots, and since I ate well this weekend I thought I should see how it's affected me, Pat-style.

Friday, March 2
Breakfast - Ham, egg, and cheese on an English muffin
Lunch - Roast beef on a hero with provolone, no mayo
Dinner: Spaghetti with calamari

Saturday, March 3rd
Breakfast - Didn't wake up in time for breakfast
Lunch - Chicken sandwich on a roll with Swiss cheese
Dinner - Gazpacho, Various forms of tapas (some sausage things, chunks of cheese, mushrooms)
2 whiskey and gingers

Sunday, March 4th
Breakfast -- It's the weekend. I'm sleeping.
Lunch - Burger with cheese and bacon, waffle fries, milkshake
Dinner - One slice, sausage pizza
2 Wild Turkey on the rocks, 1 Jack and Coke, 2 Brooklyn Lagers
Post-show snack: 1/2 plate chicken fingers, French fries

WT: 142. Up from 138 at Christmas, which is the last time I weighed myself. All in all, not bad, but I'm not thrilled to be back in the 140's.
