Nutshell Kingdom: Baby I'm Bored
2003

Listening a lot lately to that Evan Dando album. His singing is so lazy and so easy to listen to. It must suck to be handsome and popular and strung-out all the time. How comforting it must be to be able to sell product spun from your own recovery. If I ever recover from something, no one will care. Still, it's a good record for gloomy days when you don't want to get too sad, but you just can't put your head in the sand. Also very good is Rosie Thomas' When We Were Small. I mean really good.

It is rainy and dark here. My big article was ok-ed yesterday and I am at a loss. There should be celebration. Maybe there will be.
