There are days when the weather is pretty, after a large lunch, when I slouch down and back in my chair, trying hard to focus on the work at hand, and my eyelids drop a little as I imagine that I am Curious George lying face-up on the floor with that jar of ether by my head.

Those are Xs that were my eyes.
