Nutshell Kingdom: You Better Run Girl/You're Much Too Young Girl
2005

Real quick: why is there a radio station somewhere, everyday in America playing "Young girl, get out of my mind/ I've got a love that's way out of line"? Is this really the song of which the listening public demands immortality? Who, really, is so attached to this song that keeps it on oldies playlists after all this time? Honestly, the man sounds like a swingin' gold medallion-wearing vampire in heat. The song isn't even pleasant in a supremely cachy way. I think it might be catchy, but then again, I've only heard it two million times in my lifetime.

I'm just asking.
