Nutshell Kingdom: F*ck You, Brownie
2005

"I'm trapped now, please rescue me."

So wrote Michael Brown in an email about Day 3 or 4 days after Hurricane Katrina swamped the poorest streets of New Orleans, as tens of thousands of people really were trapped without food or water or dry land, people who would have traded a week of bad press for a fucking bottle of Dasani or perhaps a lifetime of bad press not to lose their life savings, their homes, their businesses, sometimes their parents or children or pets.

You don't deserve what you got Brownie. You deserve much worse.

You overprivileged, sycophantic, whiny, pathetic little man.
