Flew back from NYC yesterday in time to scoot downtown and mill about with the cherry-blossom tourists. How do you ruin beauty? Surround it with thousands of people. Those of us (or you) with promiscuous natures: let that be a warning. Beauty fades with numbers.

The good news is that I was not stung by a bee.
