5.1.2002

Yesterday I cried:
1)When I put on my socks and realised I don't have to sit carefully on the edge of the bed in fear of waking anyone.
2)hard-- in the middle of the newsroom when Margo put her arm around me.
3)In the bathroom when I looked in the mirror and desperately thought this whole week might have been a bad dream. Then really shaky hard when I realised how pathetic that was.
4)In the taxi to the therapist
5)At the therapist
6)when Rosie took me shopping for mother's day cards.
7)When I went to unlock my bike and realised that someone had backed into it, warping the wheel.
8)When I went to the urbane cyclist and got a $100 quote to replace said wheel.
9)looking at Josh's portfolio shot of the 8-yr-old girl from Holland whose entire family, save her brother, had just been blown up by a suicide bomber.
10)Over the hockey game at Kilgours (including a happy tear or two when the Leafs won).
11)On the phone with Nell who called from Hong Kong
