Chris' cousin Dawn brought a laptop for their grandfather who is really keen to explore the internet, but he is having a really really hard time getting his head around it.
Which is totally understandable given the learning curve of a senior neophyte. He has even called his ISP to help him out, but how do you explain - over the phone- the 'address bar' to someone who does not know that the screen in a monitor.
