Cootie Girl: ROCK ON
10.18.2002

I have not been to a concert in months. In fact, the last show I went to was Stiff Little Fingers back in June. (OK I admit it, I only said that because it sounded better than Simple Minds and INXS, which was a week later.) I have a few shows coming up this week and I am really psyched. Supersuckers, Badly Drawn Boy, and three shows with The Reverend Horton Heat (woo hoo). I am also trying to squeeze in Super Diamond (the ultimate Neil Diamond cover band) - a bit much? Maybe.

I think that after this week the Reverend will be the one band I have seen the most live which got me thinking about all the bands I use to go see back in the day. Some of the bands I have seen more than 5 times include The Cure, James, Depeche Mode, and Moby. Yes, I am all about the 80's. I guess my life story soundtrack would sound a lot like a John Hughes movie. Looks like I found something to do at work tomorrow.
