Last Friday, at the end of a long work week, I decided to give in to the Facebook craziness. What was I thinking? I'd heard it referred to as Crackbook and now realize, I should've known better. It is like Friendster, My Space, Twitter and Linked In on steroids, although a lot more fun than any of the above.
The constant activity is remarkable although I am assuming it will die down eventually. It is thoroughly addictive and way more time consuming than ignoring friends who were pestering me to join in the first place. You can't help but get caught in the wave and I even heard myself telling the dude, that after only three days aboard this social crusie ship, I already had double his number of friends. He explained that he was being selective.
Right, so I could continue writing this post, or I could just go onto Facebook and.. see ya!
